El amor' and other "old" reggaeton classics will be played on La Palma: Tito El Bambino will be at the ResisTIME 2024

Lovers of reggaeton classics are in luck: the iconic Tito 'El Bambino' will be at ResisTIME 2024 as one of the headliners of the event. From the unforgettable "Mi cama huele a ti" to "El amor", La Palma will be able to sing along with the artist on some of the most legendary tracks in urban music.

This Puerto Rican who has marked generations joins the rest of the stars who will be performing at this two-day musical event, which will be held at the site of the Bajada del Pino festivities in La Palma on the 3rd and 4th of August.

Tito 'El Bambino' has a career spanning decades and hits that resonate all over the world. He is one of the biggest names in reggaeton and part of the history of the genre with songs like "Barquito" or "A que no te atreves".

From his most emblematic hits to his latest releases, he has accumulated numerous awards and recognitions over the years that will make his performance a landmark on the island.

Tito El Bambino joins the other artists already announced in the previous months: the 'babe from Argentina' María Becerra, the legendary reggaetonero Yandel, the successful Dei V, the Venezuelan Micro TDH, the K-Narias, Paula Cendejas, DJ Conjurer and Renzzo.

Demphra, from La Factoría, will also be at ResisTIME 2024

But that's not all: the announcement of Tito 'El Bambino' is joined by Demphra, from the legendary duo La Factoría, who will also be part of the event's line-up. La Factoría is a musical duo from Panama that was a pioneer among female reggaeton groups with historic anthems... Who hasn't danced to "Perdóname" or "Todavía"? Now they are back with their World Tour, which will come to La Palma on the ResisTIME (3 and 4 August).

Their music is characterised by fusing tropical rhythms with reggae, dancehall and reggaeton influences, creating a style that has conquered audiences all over the world.

Throughout his career, he has released numerous tracks that have become anthems on dance floors. Songs such as "Perdóname", released in 2005, have been played more than 500 million times. Other tracks such as "Todavía" and "Moriré" are also reggaeton anthems around the world.

The duo has left an indelible mark on music and over the years they have continued to captivate new generations with their Latin talent and energy on stage.

ResisTIME 2024 will feature a line-up of up to 12 artists.

The artists join the amazing line-up of ResisTIME 2024, a festival that has established itself as one of the most outstanding events on La Palma and the Canary Islands, to add an extra dose of energy and excitement to the festival.

The new two-day format for the 2024 edition has already broken sales records and achieved unprecedented success, despite the fact that the full line-up has yet to be unveiled.


Yandel, Dei V, K-Narias, Renzzo... ResisTIME announces first artists and activates ticket sales

Yandel, Mau & Ricky, Dei V, K-Narias and Renzzo are the first artists unveiled for ResisTIME 2024, one of the most powerful festivals in the Canary Islands, which this year presents a format never seen before on La Palma, extending the experience to two days. This summer, reggaeton and urban music lovers will be able to enjoy up to 12 artists on the 3rd and 4th of August at the festival site of the Bajada del Pino.

The festival, which was born after the volcanic eruption, grows every year and this 2024 becomes a two-day event, with more artists and performances. In 2022, with Duki as the headliner, more than 4,000 people enjoyed the show. In 2023 the figure rose to 7,500 people who came to the Estadio Municipal de El Paso to see artists such as Manuel Turizo, Justin Quiles and Noriel.

This 2024 the festival launched for the first time the ticket sale in CREYENTES mode, a new format that was born to reward the most loyal attendees who were able to buy tickets at a reduced price before announcing the first artists. More than 300 people are going to be able to enjoy a double show for the price of a single ticket after having trusted in a festival that is already fully established on the island and every year surprises with its novelties.


Manuel Turizo releases his third album '2000' with over a billion streams

Manuel Turizo has released his third studio album on Friday, March 17th. '2000' is his most personal and highly anticipated album, consisting of 15 songs, including hits like 'El Merengue' and 'La Bachata', which, almost a year after its release, continues to rank at number 12 on the Top 50: Global chart.

'2000' already boasts over a billion streams on Spotify. The year when the singer was born gives the album its name, and the main theme of each song in the album is love.

The album features three collaborations: 'El Merengue' with DJ and producer Marshmello, a song that blends electronic music with merengue, 'Éxtasis' with Maria Becerra, and 'Jamaica' with Beéle. Moreover, the remix of 'De 100 a 0' has been included, now featuring Colombian artists Arles and Dann.

Turizo has three albums in the market: 'ADN', released in 2019, which includes hits like 'Una Lady Como Tú' and 'Te Quemaste' featuring Anuel AA; 'Dopamina' in 2021, composed of tracks like 'Quéreme Mientras Se Pueda' and 'La Nota' featuring Rauw Alejandro and Myke Towers, and the newly released '2000'.

The Colombian artist will present his new work on the 'Tour 2000', a tour that started on February 4th in León, Mexico, and will visit over 10 Latin American countries until August, including dates in El Salvador, Ecuador, Argentina, Paraguay, and his home country, Colombia, among others.

Spanish fans will have the opportunity to see the singer perform at various festivals in Spain, such as Bigsound in Valencia, Concert Music Festival in Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz), ResisTime Live Fest in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and La Palma, and Festival Jardins de Terramar in Barcelona.

However, we are still waiting for the artist to confirm additional countries outside of Latin America to present his new show.
